Barons Pubs – Publican Awards 2026 – Proud to be finalists for Best Employer! Full-time, professional Assistant Manager required for our busy, Bistro Cafe which opens 9am – 5pm every day. Salary:
Up to £37,500 per annum package (basic salary  tronc service charge) and a bonus scheme Full Time - 45 hour week Day times only – must be able to commit to working weekends. From that first smile on arrival to the last wave out of the door, an Assistant Manager ensures all our guests have a positive experience.
