We’re looking for a Cocktail Waiter / Waitress who loves hosting, knows how to make a thoughtful recommendation and notices when a guest needs something before they ask.

• Hosting guests in our bar and lounge, taking care of your section from the first welcome to the final goodbye.

You’ll have experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel and a good knowledge of drinks. You’ll be comfortable with tray service, organised under pressure and ready to support your colleagues.

Above all, you’ll enjoy looking after people. You’ll know when to chat, when to give guests space and how the small details can make the biggest difference.
