Festive Colleague Nights – Walkden Extra

£12.64 an hour at Tesco (increases to £13.85 for stores inside the M25). For all hours worked between midnight and 6 am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

Key responsibilities- You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are where they need to be.
- You could be serving customers or putting together orders for our Click & Collect service.
- Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in ensuring customers get a brilliant experience.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- The ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
- The initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
- Working well within a team and communicating openly with others.
- Building relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun, and celebrating success.
- Being at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.

It’s our policy to offer our festive colleagues a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week; if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 7.5) we also have opportunities for this.
