The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.

Working hours are either:

• Sunday to Thursday 07:00–16:00 (plus occasional Saturday 07:00–12:00)
• Monday to Friday 20:00–06:00, with additional flexibility where required

You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:

• Good knife skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and to embrace change
• Commercial awareness and the understanding of yields and costs
