Job title: Full‑time Team Member, Manchester Piccadilly, M&S Simply Food

Pay: £12.21 per hour, plus £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate to £13.60 per hour.

Shift pattern: Full‑time (30+ hours). Early morning shifts scheduled from 5 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Be able to legally work 37.5 hours at all times.

• Display a 'customer first' attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous retail experience is desired.
