What you'll be responsible for as an Ecommerce Executive:
- Oversee the delivery of the retail trade plan to contribute to the demand targets for the website/app and product categories.
- Briefing and signing off on creative to deliver the retail trade plan for the website/app home page and other promotional pages and campaigns.
- Proactively trading the website in-season by proposing and implementing reactive activity when required.
- Analysis of the online demand and conversion activity and metrics and customer online behaviour, including completion of all required weekly and ad hoc reports.
- Supporting the Ecomm Mgr and working cross-functionally with the Digital, Optimisation and CRM teams to ensure that objectives are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised.
- Implementation of the category product plans and activity, working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams.
- Oversee ad-hoc requests to ensure service messages are up to date on the site/app.
- Monitor competitor and market activity and report back to key stakeholders.
- Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns onsite.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in marketing, ideally gained in a fast‑paced ecommerce trading role.
- Ability to interpret data and site metrics
- Good campaign and project management skills as the role will be fast paced and dynamic
- A flexible approach and exceptional time management skills are essential
- You will need to be comfortable managing a varied workload whilst maintaining accuracy
