The roleAs a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius, you’ll bring our collections to life in‑store—balancing brand DNA
, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager
, you’ll work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional presentation and a premium customer journey.
This is a full‑time position requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with occasional early starts for deliveries and visual changes.
What you’ll be doing- Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
- Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution
, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer‑focused. - Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines
, adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards. - Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Stradivarius brand.
- Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
- Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
- Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
. - Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
- Strong understanding of Stradivarius’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.
You’re trend‑aware and detail‑obsessed, with a strong eye for styling and storytelling. You translate product into outfits and moments that feel inspiring, feminine and fashion‑forward—always with a commercial lens. You read performance and customer behaviour, react quickly, and keep the floor clear, curated and easy to shop. Fast‑paced energises you: you’re proactive, adaptable, and proud of executing the basics brilliantly while constantly raising the visual standard as a team.
