Salary: £37,440 - £41,600 per annum plus great benefits

• Guide the commercial and community strategies in your store.
• Lead the team and show them how to make shopping at Co‑op a fantastic experience.
• Empower your team to deliver great service, personally promoting the Co‑op difference to customers and members.

• Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational.
• Manage and optimise the store’s commercial performance, recruit new team members and handle HR processes.

• Experience guiding and developing a team in a busy, service-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate and inspire the team.
• Resilience and great problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand and analyse commercial information.
• Willingness to support the team with delivery of store activities.
