As a Summer Seasonal Store Colleague, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the JD experience throughout our busiest time of the warm‑weather season, helping every customer leave feeling valued and ready for summer.

You’ll support the smooth running of the shop floor by greeting customers with energy, keeping displays looking sharp, replenishing stock quickly, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. With a positive attitude, great organisation, and a passion for helping people, you’ll ensure the store stays efficient, welcoming, and aligned with the high standards JD Group is known for.

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy summer period.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Support the team by keeping displays tidy, managing sizes, and responding quickly to customer needs.
• Contribute to a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the JD brand.
