Salary: £13.00 per hour + 10% quarterly bonus

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of photography, print, and film while engaging with shoppers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect solutions. We’re looking for team members who love interacting with customers and have a natural knack for sales.

• Concession Sales:
  Help customers find their perfect photography products and services.
• Customer Engagement:
  Interact with shoppers, offer expert advice, and create memorable experiences.
• Product Presentation:
  Maintain displays, keep everything sparkling clean, and make sure our products are demo ready.
• Creating 'Theatre':
  Bring our products to life with engaging demonstrations that inspire customers to make a purchase.
• Upselling:
  Boost attachment rates by offering comprehensive solutions and increasing the Average Transaction Value.
• Promotions and POS:
  Ensure promotions are prominently displayed, and POS materials are on point.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay in the know about our products and what the competition is up to.

• Photography Knowledge: A basic understanding of the photography industry.
• Sales and Retail Savvy:
  Proven ability to sell effectively and create persuasive pitches.
