Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 per annum

We are looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our store operations, drive performance and inspire a team. You will lead from the front, ensure customers are delighted, and work to achieve our business goals.

• Manage and improve day‑to‑day store operations and store KPIs.
• Optimise processes and resolve issues to keep the store running smoothly.
• Lead the team through delegation, time‑management and problem‑solving.
• Provide excellent support to customers and staff across all shifts.
• Monitor and increase key performance indicators to meet targets.

• Strong time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in retail operations and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

• 30-35 days holiday pro rata.
