Responsible for leading andoptimisingoperational processes within B2B,wholesaleand retail replenishment operations.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:- End-to-end operational ownership across B2B and Retail channels.
- Manage 3PL relationships for B2B fulfilment and retail replenishment.
- Lead capacity planning and workflowoptimisation.
- Drive readiness for new B2B partners and retail expansions.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams.
- Own operational budget.
- Analyseoperational data for improvements.
- Experience leading B2B operations and retail replenishment.
- Experience developing and improving systems and processes.
- In depth knowledge of wholesale fulfilment.
- Experience partnering with 3PLs.
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
