Shift Schedule
19.25 hrs per week;
Monday 16:30 – 22:00;
Tuesday 09:30 – 13:30;
Friday 11:00 – 15:00;
Saturday 14:30 – 21:00
The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team dedicated to delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities- Customer Service – provide exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and complete purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, ensuring customers can find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards both front‑ and back‑office, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Passion for retail – enthusiastically create unique experiences for customers.
- Love the customer – eager to develop customer‑service skills and product knowledge through learning programmes.
