Salary - from £13.50 per hour + market leading commission

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup consultations and applications for both pre‑booked appointments and walk‑in customers.
• Offer expert advice on product selection and usage based on individual customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of display, hygiene, and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and education teams to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in makeup and skincare to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Create a welcoming and inspiring environment encouraging customer loyalty and engagement.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous experience in retail or as a professional Makeup Artist, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong passion for makeup, skincare, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility to cover retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to challenges.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism.
