jo .pro is looking for a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver excellent customer service at our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and ensure the shop maintains high standards. Your role requires availability for various shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
A successful candidate will be over 18 with previous customer service experience, confidence working directly with customers, and familiarity with cash handling. We offer great benefits including optional overtime and healthcare support.
