The Merchandise Admin Assistant supports the merchandising team by maintaining accurate product, sales, and stock data, helping to optimise online product availability and performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers can purchase the right products at the right time while supporting sales, stock management, and profitability across the online business.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate product, pricing, stock, and sales information in line with company processes.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of stock.
- Maintain the department critical path.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, customer service, and internal teams to resolve stock and product related issues.
- Escalate delivery issues to relevant merchandiser.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, availability, and key trading metrics to support decision making.
- Communicate with external partners via email and Teams calls.
- Maintain size ratios to ensure they align with sales by size.
- Provide general, ad‑hoc administrative support to the merchandising team to support trading and commercial objectives.
- Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A willingness to learn and be driven by curiosity.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise.

- Driven and motivated.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Retail experience preferred.
