Apprentice Sales Assistant – Superdrug

Hours: 39 hours a week
Shifts: Flexible
Salary: £9.75 - £10.55 per hour

Serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys, and ensure everyone leaves feeling great.

Help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, supporting the team to smash store targets.

Take part in the hands‑on, fast‑paced retail environment and learn through in‑store training over the first 12 months.

At the end of the training period, complete a discussion about your experiences and an observed role performance, supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Your first 12 months will be full‑time, in‑store training with no college days or homework.

• Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (national 4s for Scotland)
• Not currently in any form of education and available for full‑time shifts
• New to retail and has not completed a retail apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Positive mindset and clear communication skills
• Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve knowledge/skills
• Flexible with working hours and adaptable to change
