Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; this increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for flexible hours down to a minimum of 12.

The table above shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide three weeks’ notice of your shifts.

• Keep the van and trays clean and organized.
• Maintain a tidy and rubbish‑free back yard, picking up litter when seen.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required and check it for roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers about order changes, substitutions and refunds.
• Handle products and deliveries with care.
• Explain to customers that substitutions will not incur additional charges.
• Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
• Call the customer before arriving if early.
• Contact the store if running 30 or more minutes late.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
• Act warmly and welcome in interactions with customers and colleagues, thanking them.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
• Share ideas with your Manager and other colleagues on how we can improve the store for customers.

• UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Ability to adhere to the GB Domestic Driving Rules.
• Permission to work if you are over the school leaver’s age and can work under the required shift times.
