As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience and growing sales, assisting with daily store operations, and achieving key performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay: £8.81‑£13.04 per hour

• Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
• Offer advice on perfume choices, drawing on product expertise.
• Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets, supported by incentives and prizes.
• Provide each customer with a free reward card to maximise future offers and savings.

• Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
• Regular hours with rota available at least four weeks in advance.
