Location: Trafford Centre, Manchester
Salary: £13.45 per hour + Monthly Store Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 12 - 24 hours per week (Weekend availability is essential)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a sales‑led role where you'll educate adult smokers about IQOS, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance in a highly engaging retail environment.

• Educate adult smokers on the benefits of IQOS through engaging conversations, product demonstrations and guided trials.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while confidently driving sales performance.
• Support the Store Lead in achieving store targets and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, reporting and cash handling.
• Ensure all sales are completed in line with Challenge 25 and all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Previous retail or sales experience, or a genuine passion for selling and engaging with customers.
• Demonstrates confidence when engaging and building rapport with customers.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.
• Thrives in a target‑driven retail environment.
• Learns new products quickly and confidently communicates their features and benefits.
• Adapts communication style to meet the needs of different customers.
