Kaiia The Label is a fast-growing, trend-led fashion brand redefining accessible style for a new generation. Known for bold, feminine pieces and a strong digital presence, we're expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally. We're looking for a passionate Fashion Buyer to help shape our product offering and drive the next stage of our growth.

We're looking for a commercially driven and trend-focused Fashion Buyer to build exciting product ranges that resonate with the Kaiia customer. You'll play a key role in identifying trends, selecting the right products, and delivering commercially successful collections across multiple categories.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where product instinct meets data-driven decision making.

• Develop and build seasonal product ranges aligned with Kaiia's brand identity and commercial strategy
• Identify emerging fashion trends, bestselling products and market opportunities
• Use sales performance, customer insights and market analysis to make informed buying decisions
• Manage product selection, range planning and option counts to maximise sales and profitability
• Work closely with Design to develop new products that reflect current trends and customer demand
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times and product development
• Monitor product performance, reacting quickly to sales trends and recommending repeat or exit strategies
• Partner closely with Merchandising to ensure balanced stock levels and effective trading decisions
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches and key campaigns
• Attend supplier meetings, trade shows and competitor shops to stay ahead of market trends

• Previous experience in a Buying role within fashion (womenswear/fast fashion preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness with an analytical, data-driven approach
• Excellent trend awareness and a deep understanding of the Kaiia customer
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercially
• Confident decision-maker with strong communication and influencing skills
• Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about fashion with exceptional attention to detail
