Oxfam is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional retail standards and customer service in a large format store in Manchester. You will support the Store and Duty Managers on shop floor operations, working with volunteers to maximise income and deliver a positive donor experience aligned with Oxfam’s values.
You will lead by example, ensure consistent delivery of standards, and foster a welcoming environment for customers, volunteers and staff while upholding safeguarding commitments.
