You will coach, develop, and coordinate store colleagues, drive sales, upscale customer experience, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit and train top talent, manage rotas and payroll forecasting, and report weekly performance to the Area Manager.
