We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Manchester Trafford location on a 8 hour contract

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly disposition

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer meaningful recommendations

Ensure the store is clean, orderly, and well-stocked

Handle transactions with accuracy and integrity

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Support inventory management and merchandising

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

An energetic, adaptable, and proactive attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
