• Develop seasonal merchandising plans aligned with brand vision and commercial goals
• Analyse sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to optimise assortment
• Partner with design and buying teams to influence product development and pricing strategies
• Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets and ensure efficient inventory management
• Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
• Oversee visual merchandising guidelines for retail and digital channels
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

• Proven experience in merchandising within fashion or premium retail
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of global market trends
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with merchandising systems is a plus
