Brand Ambassador​/Supervisor - Luxury Womenswear

We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to oversee a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Cheadle. This is a solo role, offering full ownership of the brand's presence in-store.,

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales performance
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Take full responsibility for the concession's daily operations
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
• Manage stock and support replenishment processes
• Work closely with the host store team to enhance overall performance
  Experience with in premium or luxury retail
• Strong commercial awareness and sales ability
• Self-motivated and confident working independently
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering a high-level customer experience
