Paddy Power is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for our Manchester shops. You will welcome customers, deliver best-in-class service, promote Paddy offers, and foster a friendly, high-energy environment.
Training is provided even if you have not worked in betting before; your attitude and teamwork will drive success. Your role includes hosting customers, explaining promotions, assisting bets across terminals and in-shop, and stepping in for the Shop Manager when needed to keep operations
