Kaiia The Label is a fast-growing, trend-led fashion brand redefining accessible style for a new generation. Known for bold, feminine pieces and a strong digital presence, we’re expanding globally and entering an exciting new phase of growth.

We’re looking for a commercially driven and trend-focused Senior Fashion Buyer to play a key role in shaping and developing Kaiia’s product offering.

You’ll be responsible for building standout, commercially successful ranges that reflect Kaiia’s DNA, excite our customer and drive growth across the brand.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where strong product instinct meets data‑driven decision making.

• Curate and build seasonal collections aligned with Kaiia’s brand identity and customer
• Identify key trends, emerging opportunities and potential bestsellers
• Use sales data, trading performance and market insights to inform buying decisions and maximise performance
• Own product selection and range building across key categories
• Work closely with design and suppliers to develop exciting, commercially relevant product
• Negotiate costs, margins and lead times with suppliers to achieve commercial targets
• Monitor product performance and react quickly to emerging trends and trading opportunities
• Manage the critical path to ensure ranges are delivered on time
• Review competitor activity and the wider fashion market to identify new opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising and marketing to deliver cohesive and impactful launches
• Continuously review and refine future ranges based on performance and customer demand

• Strong experience in Fashion Buying
  , ideally within womenswear or fast fashion
• Proven experience at Senior Buyer level or ready to step into a senior buying position
• Strong commercial awareness with a data‑led approach to decision making
• A sharp eye for trends and a strong understanding of the Kaiia customer
• Confident in range building, product development and supplier management
• Strong negotiation skills with a clear understanding of margin and profitability
• Able to identify emerging trends and react quickly in a fast-moving fashion environment
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
