Buying Admin - Fashion Brand

The Company:

A fast fashion online clothing brand are looking to recruit a Buyers/Wholesale Admin to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop as an BAA in a growing business. You will be responsible for ensuring the critical buying path is achieved and that order management and sampling processes run to schedule. We are seeking a candidate with a strong product knowledge & experience across womenswear.

• Understanding product trends and interpreting them where relevant into product areas
• Monitoring Critical Path on Commitment to ensure intake and distribution targets are met
• Attending Fit sessions in the Buyers absence give styling comments
• Managing Supplier relationships
• Negotiating and liaising with Suppliers.
• Understanding of reports and actions that may need to be taken from Trade
• Managing critical path with suppliers and buyers.
• Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally
• Sample Management
• On-going familiarity of the competition's product range
• Other duties as required.

• Have a good understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street.
• IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Good interpersonal / communication skills.
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Customer knowledge and a strong fashion eye
• The capability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
