A Day in the Life You lead and develop boutique and counter teams across your territory to accelerate retail growth and elevate brand expression for L'Oréal Luxe, reporting directly to the Retail Director. You spend approximately four days a week in the field, working alongside store teams to turn commercial strategies into standout consumer experiences.

Drive sell-out growth and gain market share across your doors by setting clear targets, analysing retail KPIs, and executing brand activation calendars.

Experience:

Champion elevated service standards measured by NPS and Mystery Shopper programmes, embedding omnichannel services, CRM, and Beauty Tech tools across points of sale.
• Team Leadership &

Coaching:

Directly recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers and Beauty Advisors through on-the-floor observation, structured training, and career progression routines.
• Operational Excellence & Partner Relations:
Steer regional headcount, travel, and event budgets while cultivating strong relationships with local retail partners to secure prime space and brand visibility.

We Are Looking For You combine strong commercial instincts with a genuine focus on coaching teams and delivering luxury service in a retail setting. You bring:
• Retail Acumen:
Proven track record of steering retail KPIs, driving door sell-out performance, and implementing commercial growth plans.
• People Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to coach diverse retail teams, develop future store leaders, and build an engaging team culture.
• Consumer Experience Mindset:
Practical understanding of luxury counter standards, clienteling, and integrating digital tools into physical retail.
• Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with store directors, retail partners, and internal commercial teams.
• Operational Rigour:
Capability to manage regional field budgets, resource planning, and retail compliance standards accurately.
