We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people based in either our Manchester or Stockton‑on‑Tees office.
Base pay rangeWe offer a base salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per annum depending on skills and knowledge, plus commission.
Responsibilities- Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with the Account Management Procedure.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs.
- Provide feedback to technical teams based on client requirements, aiding in the continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
- Must be able to deal with technical product information.
- Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner or Managed Service Provider.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent conversational fluency in English to clearly explain complex technical issues.
- Hybrid working – after probation, split time evenly between office and home.
