Hours:

42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off, weekend work involved)

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manners.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Organiser and prioritiser of own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
