Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: £23,500-£28,000 base + uncapped commission

⭐ What You'll Be Doing

-     Researching target companies and key decision‑makers

-     Running outbound outreach via phone, email, and Linked In

-     Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget

-     Booking high‑quality meetings for our Business Development Managers

-     Ensuring smooth handovers and a great prospect experience

-     Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

-     Tracking outreach performance and reporting weekly

-     Staying aware of competitor activity and industry trends

What Success Looks Like

-     50-70 outbound answered calls per day

-     50-70 email/Linked In touchpoints per day

-     50-60 qualified leads per week

-     10-12 qualified meetings booked per week

-     20%+ lead‑to‑meeting conversion

-     100% CRM accuracy

What You'll Bring

-     1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, telesales, or telemarketing

-     Strong communication skills and resilience

-     Confidence speaking with decision‑makers

-     A proactive, target‑driven mindset

-     Experience in the recruitment industry (nice to have)
