Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct enterprise sales
. This role is ideal for someone who understands the UK IT channel
, has experience selling through major distributors and resellers (e.g., XMA, Ingram Micro, Softcat, CDW, Tech Data, etc.), and is equally confident opening doors with large organisations to build long-term commercial partnerships. You will be responsible for both channel‑led growth and hands‑on sales execution
.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Channels

  • Identify, engage, and build partnerships with major UK IT distributors, resellers, and channel partners
  • Develop joint go‑to‑market strategies with key partners
  • Establish AYOO as a trusted supplier within partner ecosystems
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements

Enterprise & Direct Sales

  • Proactively approach large organisations (corporate, education, public sector, charities)
  • Open new enterprise accounts through direct outreach and networking
  • Lead sales conversations with procurement, IT managers, and decision‑makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → close

Revenue Growth

  • Deliver new business revenue in line with agreed targets
  • Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Market & Relationship Development

  • Represent AYOO professionally in meetings, events, and partner discussions
  • Educate customers and partners on the value of remanufactured IT and sustainability benefits
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to support pricing, positioning, and product strategy
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in B2B IT sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong understanding of the UK IT distribution and reseller landscape
  • Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers
  • Track record of opening doors and closing new business
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and drive results

Desirable:

  • Experience working with distributors such as XMA, Ingram Micro, Softcat, CDW, Tech Data, or similar
  • Background in hardware, IT services, or technology sales
  • Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG‑driven solutions
