. This is a permanent role based in Manchester

As the Account Manager – Value
, you will lead and grow our Value/Discount retail partnerships. You will own the commercial strategy across this channel, delivering sustainable growth, exceptional retailer relationships, and best‑in‑class execution.
- Manage and grow Value/Discount retail accounts across the UK
- Develop and deliver robust joint business plans
- Lead annual negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning
- Use data and insight to drive commercial decision‑making
- Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, marketing, and category teams
- Forecasting, budgeting, and full P&L ownership for the channel
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills li>Confident working with data and building business cases
- Highly proactive, organised, and results‑driven
- Strong relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills
