We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Specialist to support the growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, field-based role, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales success across your region.
- Location: Field Based, North West England & Wales
- Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
- Contract: Permanent
- Achieving sales targets through effective and repeatable strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
- Collaborating closely with team colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally.
- Developing and maintaining a documented business development plan in Salesforce.
- Recording all sales activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
- Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting and planning.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies for product quality complaints and adverse event reporting.
- A proven track record of selling to the NHS within a theatre environment
- A confident communicator with a passion for building new relationships
- A competitive and driven mindset
- A full UK driving license
- An electric or hybrid company car
