* Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, developing trusted relationships and delivering real business value.

* A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)—ideally in business, technology, or a related field.
* Around 2–6 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
* A strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
* Solid understanding of how to build, retain, and grow customer relationships.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* A collaborative mindset—you thrive in a team and lift others as you go.
* Experience with CRM or Salesforce tools to track and manage customer interactions.
