Sales Manager

We’re working with an ambitious construction materials supplier that's expanding into the UK after years of success abroad. Backed by large-scale projects and a strong manufacturing base, they’re now looking for a Sales Manager to lead their growth in the UK market.

You’ll be the driving force behind UK sales – identifying opportunities, opening doors, and building relationships across the construction ecosystem. Think: architects, contractors, subcontractors, and merchants. Whether it’s cladding, tiling, or façade systems, you’ll be representing premium, innovative materials trusted overseas — and now being introduced to the UK market.

You’ll have direct input into sales strategy, freedom to shape your territory, and all the tools needed to succeed.

This role suits a commercially sharp, self-starting Sales Manager with:

• A solid track record in new business sales within construction or building
  materials (
  tiles, facades, cladding, drylining
  , etc.)
• Existing UK contacts across contractors, merchants or specifiers
• A confident, technical sales approach – able to discuss product specs with industry professionals
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Experience with architectural finishes, porcelain tiles, or fibre cement products is a plus — but if you know how to sell value and build pipelines from scratch, we want to hear from you.

£55,000 w/ Car and Uncapped Commission
