Youre an experienced Estate Agent Property Sourcer or Auction Agent. You manage the sellers journey from instruction to auction. You enjoy prospecting have a strong understanding of your local area and recognise properties suited to auction vs open market. You identify motivated sellers and skilfully advise on pricing guide and reserve.

Earnings:

You earn 70% of the auction fee on every completed sale.

Typical fees range from 2500 to 10000 per property.

Complete on three auction sales per month and earn a gross income of
* 100000 in your first year.
* Based on a 4000 average fee (set fee at 2% on 200000 sale price).

Payments are made within 7 days after the auction.
