We’re on a mission to support the UK’s care workforce through smarter, simpler, accredited training. The company has recently launched an new Enterprise grade eLearning platform called Pathway, and we’re growing fast with over 1 million CPD-Accredited Certifications.
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and help convert inbound leads and warm prospects across the UK. If you're an experienced sales rep with a passion for health, education, or care — this could be the perfect role for you.
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with care homes, domiciliary care providers, and health and social care sector leads. You will report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Account Executive & Customer Success Teams.
You’ll use a mixture of Linked In, email, and modern lead gen tools as well as calls & events (where relevant) to build and nurture strong, quality leads for the business. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Run outbound campaigns (email & Linked In) & cold call care sector decision-makers
- Research and build prospect lists using tools like Skrap.io and Lusha
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hub Spot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to test messaging and improve conversion
- Have 2+ years experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Are confident using Linked In, email tools, and scraping platforms
- Are comfortable with conducting a high volume of cold calling to generate leads
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
- Experience in the healthcare or social care industry is a plus
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn
- Have strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Are willing to attend occasional UK-based care events or trade shows (expenses paid)
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
