Initially, you will join their in‑house Academy
, where you will work towards achieving an internal training certificate.

The Academy typically lasts six months, subject to performance and KPI achievement, and is a mandatory part of the role and forms the foundation of your development.

• Speaking to customers who have expressed interest in products
• Passing customers to Mortgage and Life Insurance Advisors
• Engaging with an existing customer database
• Responding to enquiries and identifying customer needs
• Acting in accordance with regulatory procedures
• Building strong customer rapport
• Engaging with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner

• Previous experience in sales (particularly outbound calling)
• Ability to handle and overcome objections
• Motivation to work towards KPIs and targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
