With over 35 years of AV excellence and a growing global footprint, we’re scaling fast along the M62 Corridor, and we need a high‑performing Design Consultant to lead the charge. If you’re a natural closer with a strategic mindset and a passion for tech, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Growth:
    Lead from the front by identifying, targeting, and winning new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors—opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI’s expansion into new accounts.
  • Sales Leadership:
    Create leads from cold outreach to warm referrals, building a robust pipeline and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand client pain points and position CTI’s AV solutions as the answer, persuading rather than merely informing.
  • Market Expansion:
    Own the territory by identifying growth sectors, spotting trends, and helping CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
  • Cross‑Team

    Collaboration:

    Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
  • Client Relationships:
    Become the trusted advisor for clients, delivering value beyond the project and building lasting partnerships.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in AV design, sales, or business development with a track record of smashing targets.
  • A hunter mentality with a consultative edge.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the UK AV market and client expectations.
