The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of residential sales from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers, manage negotiations confidently, and ensure a seamless customer journey throughout.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • 🏠 Arranging and attending residential property viewings
  • 🏠 Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • 🏠 Managing buyers and sellers through the full sales process
  • 🏠 Generating new business opportunities and support local brand growth
  • 🏠 Preparing sales particulars and setting up new property files
  • 🏠 Maintaining regular, proactive communication with all parties
  • 🏠 Stay informed on the Prestwich property market
About You

We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive and confident in building relationships.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 👤 Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential property sales
  • 👤 Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • 👤 Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • 👤 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 👤 Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • 👤 Good knowledge of the local property market
  • 👤 Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
