We’re looking for a confident and proactive

Telemarketing / Sales Support Executive to join our commercial team. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and supporting a busy sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to warm, cold, and dormant leads to spark conversations and qualify interest
  • Responding to website enquiries, inbound calls, and Live Chat messages, and routing them to the right team members
  • Following up on quotes, checking in with customers, and capturing feedback to support conversion
  • Supporting the sales and business development team with quote preparation and campaign follow-ups
  • Updating the CRM with accurate records of all calls, contact details, and opportunities
  • Building rapport with new contacts and laying the groundwork for long-term client relationships
  • Assisting with outbound call campaigns and measuring success through basic performance metrics
  • Spotting and escalating cross-sell or upsell opportunities where appropriate
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range so you can speak confidently with customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a telemarketing, customer service, or sales support role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong phone and communication skills with a friendly, confident tone
  • Great organisation and attention to detail—especially when following up and quoting
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • CRM experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with the construction, traffic management, or industrial sectors is an advantage
