Sales Negotiator – Prestwich, Manchester

Join an award-winning Prestwich estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
. A client-facing property sales role ideal for confident professionals who love people, property and closing deals.

  • Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
  • £26,000 - £30,000 basic DoE + commission
  • Own vehicle required, fuel allowance provided

The Role

This is a hands‑on, client-facing Sales Negotiator role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating property sales and guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the residential sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arranging and attending residential property viewings
  • Handling buyer feedback and negotiating offers
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers
  • Managing applicants throughout the full sales process
  • Preparing sales particulars and setting up new property files
  • Generating new business and supporting the local brand
  • Keeping up to date with the Prestwich property market
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced estate agency environment and delivers excellent customer service with confidence and professionalism.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in residential property sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident, personable and professional approach
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Good local property market knowledge
  • Strong IT and administrative skills (full training provided)
  • A full UK driving licence
