Area to be covered:
North West & Yorkshire (ideally based Manchester or Leeds).

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + profit share bonus.

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of mortars, plasters and insulation systems.
• All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of:
  Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson.
• All back sold through the distribution channels.
• Target will be determined based on your experience.
• Will conduct CPD seminars.

• Must have sales experience in the construction industry.
• Would consider someone working within a merchant.
• Ideally from an insulation background, but would consider other building products.
• Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as:
  Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson.
• Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market.
• Work as part of a close knit committed and dedicated team.
