Be partnering with my client in the UK, a fast-growing and dynamic company that is reshaping the property sales market. Together, we’re looking for ambitious and driven Sales Negotiators to join their team at Egerton House, Manchester (Tower Business Park).

If you’re a confident salesperson with proven success in a target-driven environment, this role offers real financial reward from Day 1 through a strong commission structure.

What You ll Do
  • Manage and sell a fast-moving, diverse property portfolio.
  • Guide both buyers and sellers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism.
  • Use strong negotiation, listening, and relationship-building skills to manage expectations and close deals quickly.
  • Drive revenue through volume and margin targets.
  • Progressed agreed sales efficiently through to conveyancing with high attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience (property sales experience is a plus).
  • A team player with a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Resilient under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Location and Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm +1 in 4 Saturdays
