Account Manager - Brand Hub

Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to lead both outbound business development and account management for the brand new Myprotein Brand Hub. An exciting new initiative, this role requires a strong commercial mindset, proactive outreach abilities, and exceptional relationship management skills. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new brand partnerships, managing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless onboarding while maximising commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Brand Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential brands that align with Myprotein’s strategic vision for the brand hub.
- Conduct outreach via various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Negotiate terms and onboard new brand partners, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Myprotein Brand Hub.
Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new brand partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide ongoing support, ensuring brands maximise their potential on the Myprotein platform.
Commercial & Strategic Oversight:
- Oversee commercial activities, ensuring brand partners meet key performance metrics.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and optimise brand performance.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage marketing agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or commercial partnerships (preferably within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience working with marketing teams and an understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
