Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + generous company profit share (paid twice yearly), 1000 gifted company shares, 20 days holiday (increasing to 26 days with service), additional time off over Christmas (up to 5 extra days), company pension (employer pays 8%), life insurance (4x salary), income protection, free onsite parking, employee assistance package.

• Build and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Travel internationally 30–35% of the time.

• Experienced Sales or Distributor Manager.
• Experience in a technical industry – bioprocessing, biotechnology, or brewing.
• International sales experience working with distributors.
