Role DescriptionThe Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection and purchase of motorcycles and related products. The role involves meeting sales targets, generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing expert knowledge about Ducati products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manchester, requiring collaboration with team members to ensure an exceptional sales and service experience.
Qualifications- Proven sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles, preferably focused on the Ducati brand, and a passion for motorcycling.
- Effective communication, customer service expertise, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital sales tools and the ability to manage customer databases efficiently.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; motorcycle license is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle sales industry is preferred.
